I bought this sauna at least a year ago so I have had time to experience it. I use it on average once a week...more in winter and less in summer. This sauna is spectacular! It is a very large sauna and I use it by myself so I went a little overboard on the size of this lol! Probably not necessary to use this for one person. This was very easy to put together. The stereo is nice and loud and it helps me pass the time!
This sauna produces a wonder detoxifying sweat! When I use it two to three times a week I notice my cellulite decreases and I lose weight. Not a ton but the puffiness and water retention goes away.
There are only 2 suggestions I have. It takes about an hour to get this up to temp. An app to start the sauna while you are away so it's warm when you get home would be a game changer! Or have it come to temp sooner. The planning around the warm up time is the only complaint I have. An app would change that or make it more efficient to come to temp sooner.
It's been about a year now. The floor panel heater quit working a long time ago but I didn't realize it. I'm sure it's something easy to fix hopefully and I have contacted the company to see if they have any trouble shooting ideas. I am also going to order the two additional panels they offer. I have spoken to Stephen several times at the manufacturer and he was great at explaining this sauna.
Overall I would definitely recommend this company and this model!
