David Cheng is the Founder and President of Golden Designs, Inc., where he leads the company’s strategic vision, operations, and continued growth. With more than two decades of experience in business development, organizational management, process automation, business intelligence, and sales fulfillment, Mr. Cheng has been instrumental in establishing Golden Designs as a recognized leader in the wellness products industry.
Prior to founding Golden Designs, Mr. Cheng built a successful career in the automotive sector, first working within his family’s vehicle sales and export business before launching his own venture, Platinum Motor Cars, in 1997. In 2007, he entered a new industry through a startup opportunity that ultimately led to the creation of Golden Designs, Inc. His entrepreneurial vision, operational expertise, and commitment to innovation have fueled the company’s exceptional growth in both revenue and market presence.
Mr. Cheng holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of California, Riverside.
Steffen Smalley serves as Vice President and is a key member of the senior leadership team at Golden Designs, Inc. With more than 15 years of management experience, Mr. Smalley has played a vital role in the company's development, operational excellence, and customer-focused culture.
His extensive background in customer service, human resources, operations management, and product research and development has made him an invaluable contributor to the organization. Since joining Golden Designs during its formative years, he has helped build and strengthen the infrastructure that supports the company’s continued growth and success.
Before joining Golden Designs, Mr. Smalley served as General Manager for Dollar Rent A Car, where he oversaw operations, human resources, customer service, and fleet management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Fullerton, along with Level II and Level III Human Resource Management Certifications and a Certification in Accounting.
Anna Huang serves as Director of Operations and oversees the company’s Order Processing Department. Bringing more than 13 years of prior experience as an Office Manager within the import/export industry, Mrs. Huang possesses extensive expertise in logistics, freight management, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
At Golden Designs, she has been instrumental in developing and managing shipping operations, including both parcel and less-than-truckload (LTL) freight systems. Her proficiency in transportation logistics, carrier integration, process automation, and QuickBooks-based workflows has significantly contributed to the company's operational scalability and efficiency.
Recognized for her leadership, attention to detail, and organizational excellence, Mrs. Huang continues to play a critical role in supporting the company’s sustained growth and customer satisfaction.
Mrs. Huang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
Wenceslao Arce has served as Warehouse Manager since the company’s founding and is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics planning, and fulfillment activities. With extensive experience in warehouse management and supply chain operations, Mr. Arce has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to improve processes, increase operational efficiency, and support company profitability.
His responsibilities include inventory control, receiving operations, shipping coordination, truck loading and unloading supervision, order fulfillment, and team leadership. Through his commitment to operational excellence and adherence to company standards, he has maintained a strong record of inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, and efficient warehouse performance.
