This is the best ever sauna. I purchased mine in 2017 and used it at lease three times a week. Love it

Love this sauna!!!!

Great addition to my home gym! Packaging and delivery was a breeze. Was able to assemble myself (about 90 minutes) however would been easier with an extra set of hands. Had it a week so far and love it!

Heats up quickly and creates a massive sweat. Two thumbs up.

Powerful radiant heat

I have for many years been interested in purchasing an infrared sauna, and I finally saw my way clear to purchasing the Dynamic Barcelona 1-2 person infrared sauna.

My sauna was delivered to my driveway. The packaging was highly protective and well-designed. The shipment was substantially heavy, and I had to open the box and bring the unit piecemeal into my home and into its basement location for assembly. It was easy to assemble, and fit and finish are excellent.

The unit meets and exceeds my high expectations. My overarching concern about the unit, given that it achieves only modest interior air temperatures compared to traditional saunas, was whether it would be able to deliver a really punishing thermal experience (if desired). Indeed it can! The radiant heat from the sides and back have a powerful effect: the warm air is secondary. I am an enthusiastic sauna user who relishes challenging his heat endurance. I find that after a 10 min warmup after which the sauna air temperature is only about 100-110 deg F, that it takes 30 more minutes or so to reach 140 F with me inside. From that point, I typically reach my heat tolerance in 5-10 min. Only once have I remained in the sauna until the temperature reached 150 F.

Of course, those seeking a gentler experience can certainly produce it.

The leg and foot heaters are, once supposes, nice enough, but their effect is incidental. I have considered unplugging the foot heater so as to allow safe placement of a towel on the floor of the sauna (sweat production is considerable and drenching a live heater with salt water is ill-advised). However, if the foot heater is in use, don't cover it with a towel but also take care to prevent undue sweat deposition on the heater-- in other words, use towels in accordance with the provided instructions.

This sauna is small and not realistically going to be regularly shared by two people, and under no circumstances by two people unaccustomed to mutual intimacy. Also, the intense heating effect provided by infrared illumination from three sides is blunted with two people in the sauna. For the intense heating case at least, solo use is recommended.

I very much look forward to winter use, and for cold/flu therapy as the need arises. Also, I really enjoy the sauna experience in and of itself. I find it energizing and mood elevating. All in all, I am very happy with the unit.

Great sauna to have

Almost impossible to setup alone, you need another person to hold the walls up to connect.
After this heats up for 30-40 min its ready to use (130 degrees), mine also will get up to 148 usually within an hours time. Infrared tiles work great, although I think I would get rid of the bottom/floor one, to eliminate sweat shorting it out. Its somewhat a pain to be toweling yourself off so the sweat doesnt drip to the floor. Had mine for a year now and it still smells of wood when I walk in it. I did buy a pad for it, and had to customize it to fit, but it works great. Bluetooth/speakers work great to set up a device outside (the sauna) to watch - which is really a great way to pass the time by, as you sweat it out.
Anytime I feel a little under the weather, I jump in this sauna for 30-40 mins and I feel great afterwards. Also I always feel great waking up the next after using this sauna
