The S-Shaped ergonomic backrest is designed to rest up against the Dynamic carbon heating panels at a slight angle and should only be used to complement Dynamic saunas. The backrest is not intended for sitting or standing on, has a weight capacity of 275 pounds, and comes with a 1-year limited warranty. No assembly required.

The backrests themselves are nicely constructed but they do not stay in place and slide all over. It is very annoying and I find myself having to continuously adjust them throughout the session. Not very relaxing while trying to relax.

The back rests are Sturdy and as expected. Only issue is I ordered a package of three and I only received two.
