Great product and support

Bought this through Costco in Dec 2020 and absolutely love it! Great communication by customer service and delivery teams throughout the process. Assembly was a breeze, though some of the bigger pieces were tricky to get down stairs. Tip: use a piece of cardboard to "simulate" how to do maneuver. Operation has been flawless: heating, lighting, speakers. We also got the backrests and they are a must but also purchased a cushioned seat via Amazon. Love this and highly recommend!
